Massage Envy Spa is marking a milestone that it says only 2.4% of franchises ever reach – the opening of its thousandth location, in Exton, Pennsylvania. The company is holding a grand opening event and ribbon-cutting ceremony at the location today.

The milestone comes on the heels of significant growth for the 12-year-old brand, including reaching $1 billion in system-wide sales at the end of 2013.
